I started this firm because I believe family law shouldn't feel like a battlefield — even when the situation calls for a fighter. I grew up in New Hampshire, the son of a schoolteacher and a mechanic. My mother taught me patience and how to really listen to people; my father taught me that you fix what's broken, you don't just paper over it. Between the two of them, I learned that hard work and straight talk go a lot further than empty promises — and that lesson has shaped how I practice law every single day.
I earned my J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law, and I've spent years representing clients across York, Cumberland, and the countless other counties in Maine in divorce, parental rights and responsibilities and support, guardianship, and domestic violence protection matters.

Seth Russell grew up in Falmouth, Maine, and earned his law degree from New York Law School.
